By proceeding with payment, you confirm your acceptance of the following terms:1. Scope of Concierge Services
The Express Pass package ($899 USD) includes the following travel, hospitality, and non-clinical coordination services:
• 1 Night 5-Star Hotel Stay: Single/Double occupancy luxury suite with daily gourmet breakfast.
• Private Executive Transit: Airport greeting and transfers (PEK / PKX), round-trip hospital commute, and hotel return.
• 1-on-1 Bilingual Medical Chaperone: Dedicated on-site guidance across all clinical stations during screening day.
• Priority Appointment Coordination: Fast-track scheduling at designated apex tertiary hospital international wings (e.g., PUMCH or accredited partner facilities).
• Expedited English Dossier: Delivery of certified, translated, and stamped clinical audit report within 48 hours post-examination.2. Direct Hospital Settlement & Non-Clinical Disclaimer (Crucial)
• Non-Medical Capacity: Beijing Care Concierge is an independent travel, logistical, and language concierge. We are NOT a licensed healthcare provider, medical institution, or insurance underwriter. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide clinical opinions.
• Direct In-Hospital Billing: The $899 fee covers ONLY hospitality, coordination, transit, and chaperone services. ALL medical examination, laboratory, imaging, and hospital registration fees are billed directly by the hospital at official public rates and must be settled by the Client directly at the hospital cashier counter. The Company adds 0% markup to hospital charges.3. Client Intake & Health Declarations
• Identification: Client agrees to provide valid passport copies at least 72 hours prior to arrival for legal hospital intake and registration under real-name regulatory protocols.
• Medical Pre-Screening: Client agrees to disclose relevant contraindications (e.g., pacemakers, metallic implants, severe contrast dye allergies, pregnancy) prior to MRI/CT booking.4. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations 7+ days prior to scheduled arrival: 100% refund of the concierge fee minus a 5% credit card processing fee.
• Cancellations 3 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% refund (to cover non-refundable hotel block reservations and dedicated staffing).
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival or No-Show: Non-refundable.
• Date Rescheduling: Permitted once at no additional charge if requested at least 72 hours before arrival, subject to hotel suite availability and hospital appointment openings.5. Force Majeure & Governing Law
Neither party shall be liable for delays or itinerary modifications caused by flight cancellations, severe border/visa rejections (including 144-hour visa-free transit refusals by immigration authorities), or apex hospital emergency triage reallocations. This Agreement shall be construed under applicable commercial laws.

• Pure Zero-Markup Policy: The $1,499 fee represents the fixed concierge and travel hospitality cost. All clinical diagnostic, surgical, pathology, and dental implant procedure fees are paid directly by the Client to the apex hospital or dental facility cashier. The Company strictly prohibits and takes 0% markups or commissions on medical charges.3. Clinical Scheduling & Patient Intake
• Advanced Passport Verification: Client must provide certified passport credentials at least 5 business days in advance to secure VIP hospital specialist clinics and digital dental 3D CBCT slots.
• Procedure-Specific Adherence: For painless endoscopy or surgical dentistry, Client agrees to adhere to pre-procedural guidelines provided by the hospital (e.g., fasting windows, suspension of blood-thinning medications under home physician guidance).4. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations 7+ days prior to scheduled arrival: 100% refund of the concierge fee minus a 5% credit card processing fee.
• Cancellations 3 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% refund (covering locked multi-night suite reservations and dedicated private chauffeur fleet allocation).
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival or No-Show: Non-refundable.
• Free Rescheduling: Permitted up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty, subject to hospital specialist clinic and hotel suite availability.5. Medical Liability & Insurance Claims
• Clinical Autonomy: All medical consultations, diagnoses, and surgical procedures are executed independently by licensed physicians and dental surgeons at host institutions.
• Insurance Assistance: While the Company provides standardized English medical summaries and itemized hospital receipts to facilitate foreign insurance claims (e.g., Cigna Global, Bupa, Allianz, Aetna), the Company does not guarantee reimbursement decisions made by foreign third-party insurers.
